Severe Lichenoid Drug Eruption from Pembrolizumab
HISTORY An 88-year-old woman with a six-month history of a diffuse, pruritic eruption that includes thick, hypertrophic leg lesions with accompanying edema, ulcerations, weeping exudates and pain.
